| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| 26 years old male. S/P laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication, then converted to an open surgery due to bleeding. He sustained an incidental splenectomy and aberrant left hepatic artery ligation. Patient had critical postoperative course with abdominal distension, pain and wound leakage. He was found to have gangrenous gallbladder, fluid collection in the subhepatic region, and peritonitis. Liver with left lateral segmentectomy. | ||
