| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A 75-year-old male had a history of horseshoe kidney. Two renal masses was incidentally noted in an image study for other clinical indications. | ||
| CLINICAL IMAGE STUDIES | ||
| The adrenal glands are normal as visualized. A horseshoe kidney is noted. A 2.5 cm rounded mass in the left inferior portion of the horseshoe kidney is concerning for a solid mass. Another rounded mass just posterior to it, best seen on the sagittal images. | ||
