| 14 months old male. Left renal mass. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The 15 x 15 12 cm, 920 grams kidney is occupied by a mass with only part of the renal parenchyma left. The outer surface of the tumor is smooth and pale, gray-tan. The mass has a fluctuant feel to it. Cut surfaces demonstrate a multicystic mass, extruding abundant pale yellow to clear fluid. These cysts range from <0.1 cm to 6.0 cm. | ||
