| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| 13 years old female, left renal mass. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The 466 gram kidney is nearly entirely replaced by tumor. The cut surface of the tumor is variegated with focal necrosis. The majority of the tumor is yellow-tan, pink-tan to red-tan. The tumor also involves 6/8 lymph nodes, adrenal gland, and lung. Pictures taken from a lymph node. | ||
