| 21 years old male, otherwise healthy, presented with distended abdomen. He also had enlarged spleen with focal hypoechogenic lesions. | ||

| A 28 × 15 × 4.5 cm, 2100 grams spleen contained numerous circumscribed nodules from 0.4 to 4.3 cm in diameters. | ||
