| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A previously healthy, 14 years old male presented with a one-year history of intermittent fever and recent onset of severe right side abdominal pain. A CT scan showed a 15 cm liver mass. His serum AFP was markedly elevated. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The hemihepatectomy specimen contains a well circumscribed , 15 × 14 × 9.0 cm mass with a tan-brown cut surface and focal hemorrhage. | ||
