| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A 3-month old male was found to have a right side abdominal mass. CT scan revealed a large right kidney mass. | ||
| GROSS DESCRIPTION | ||
| The nephrectomy specimen contains a 14 × 11 × 8 cm mass in the upper pole. The cut surface is white-tan, with focal necrosis and hemorrhage. The mass grossly arises from the cortex with invasion into the renal sinus. | ||
