Dyscohesive plasmacytoid cells,
occasional binucleation (Bug-eye cell). Patient had a history of
melanoma on the back 7 years ago.

DDX: lymphocytes. The tumor cells
in this cases are a little more cohesive than lymphocytes.
Binucleation is extremely rare in lymphocytes. I only saw one;
one day, a heme tech knocked at my door excitedly and showed me
a PB smear with one pretty binucleated lymphocyte. This was the
only one she saw in many years.
