Prostatic Adenocarcinoma

The TURP was extensively infiltrated by poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, mostly 10 (5+5), with small foci of glandular formation. An incidental finding with low level of serum PSA. Obviously, the urologist was very surprised, "Really! He has 5+5?"
