| 62 years old male, heavy smoker. He recently had multiple biopsies of vocal cords which revealed multiple benign vocal cord polyps. He had another biopsy during this hospital visit. | ||

| The specimen consists of a gray tan polypoid lesion measuring 0.6 × 0.5 × 0.4 cm. | ||
