| CLINICAL INFORMATION | ||
| A 66 years old had a partially colectomy for a large polyp that was found during screening coloscopy. Grossly, a 3.7 × 3.2 × 3.0 cm submucosal polyp is noted with flattened overlying mucosa. The polyp is very soft to touch, and the cut surface is well-circumscribed and homogenously pale-yellow and soft. Microscopically, the lesion consists of mature adipose tissue. | ||
