Embryonal Rhabdomyosaroma

  • Most common sarcoma of head & neck

  • Embryonal type commonest in this location

  • Orbit > NP > ear >Sinonasal tract

  • Variegated hypo and hyper cellularity, round or spindle cells, hyperchromatic, may have brightly eosinophilic cytoplasm, many mitoses

  •  +2q, +20

  • Orbital RMS more favorable than non-orbital
