Hidradenoma Papilliferum

 
  • Also named Papillary hidradenoma.

  • Location: commonly labia majora or interlabial folds.

  • Origin: ectopic mammary tissue.

  • Benign, small, sharply circumscribed nodule covered by normal skin.

  • HE: complex papillary glandular pattern; myoepithelium present.

  • IPX: EMA+, calponin+, ASMA+.
