Poorly Differentiated Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

  • This poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma shows discohesive round tumor cells which may mimic lymphoma, particularly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and extramedullary plasma cell myeloma. However, there is focally glandular formation which indicates the adenocarcinoma nature of this lesion.
